These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of 麻雀競技場 (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), a free, personal mahjong scorekeeping tool. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 16, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
麻雀競技場 is a tool for calculating mahjong scores (番) and keeping track of points across the games you record. It deals only in points.
The Service is not a gambling service. It does not handle real money, stakes, deposits or payouts, and it does not arrange or facilitate betting. If you and the other players choose to attach real-world stakes to the points, that arrangement is entirely between you and them and is your own responsibility.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account, and for the username you choose, which must follow the in-app naming rules. Keep your sign-in secure. We may reclaim or change a username that is abusive, impersonates someone, or otherwise breaks these Terms.
You keep ownership of the scoring tables, house rules and game records you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, display and process them so the Service can work — for example, to synchronise a room between players, show your history, or serve a scoring table that you choose to share by link. A shared scoring table is copied independently by whoever imports it; later edits on either side do not affect the other.
You may enter a name for a player who does not have an account. By doing so you confirm you have a reasonable basis to use that name, and you agree not to enter unlawful, infringing or inappropriate content.

The Service, including its design and its scoring engine, belongs to us. These Terms grant you no rights to it other than to use the Service as intended.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Scores, 番 calculations and settlements may contain errors, and we do not guarantee that they are accurate or suitable for any particular use. Always check the results yourself. We are not responsible for any dispute, loss or disagreement arising from reliance on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. The Service is provided free of charge.
We may suspend, limit or terminate access to the Service, or to any account, at any time — including where these Terms are broken. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may change the Service or these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
